A wine from our oldest vines that was planted in 1957. The wine has a dark ruby red color, aroma of red berries, minerals and vanilla. The taste is strong of raspberries, blackberries and vanilla as well as with hints of bay leaves and minerals, aromas which reflects the unique soil that surrounds the vines.

Type of wine: Red.
Serving suggestions: Best at 16-18 ° C for grilled meat and dishes with venison or lamb.

Preparation: The grapes were hand-harvested, stalked and subjected to a slow fermentation. Thereafter, the wine was stored in new French oak barrels for 14 months.

Quality designation: Vin de France.
Grape: Carignan.
Soil: Clay, sand and limestone.

Bottle: 75cl.
Alcohol content & residual sugar are stated on the bottle. Our wines has low or none (below 0.1 g/l) residual sugar.

Storage: Approximately around 5 years, depending on conditions and individual taste.
