Oak barrel-aged rosé with a nice taste of herb, sun-ripened black currants, raspberries and blue plums. Really delicious rosé wine with a refreshing acidity and a mineral-driven long and balanced aftertaste.

Serving suggestions: At 10 - 12 ° C for, among other things, grilled salmon, pork fillet and salad nicoise.

Production: The grapes were harvested by machine, stalked and pressed immediately. The grape must was clarified by gravity. Alcohol fermentation and storage in American oak barrels for one month.

Quality designation: IGP Pays d’Oc.
Grapes: Syrah with hints of Cabernet sauvignon.
Soil: Clay.

Bottle: 75cl.
Alcohol content & residual sugar are stated on the bottle. Our wines have low or none (below 0.1 g / l) residual sugar.

Storage: Approximately around 3 years, depending on conditions and individual taste.
