Muscat Blanc à Petit Grains is considered to be the most noble and character-filled grape in the Muscat family. The wine is slightly sparkling and has a clear hint of a floral summer meadow with hints of elderberry. The wine contains
wine crystals. This is a good sign of quality and is easily decanted away, or you can pour the wine slowly.

Serving suggestions: Around 12 ° C for Foie gras, pâté, grilled fish or as a pure aperitif.
Production: The grapes are harvested by machine in the early morning, stalked and pressed immediately. The grape must was clarified by gravity for 48 hours and then the fermentation was started at 16-18 ° C on stainless steel tanks, before bottling and light filtration.
