The wine has a dark ruby red color and a clear generous and fruity grape character with hints of pepper, herbs and leather. Complex with a balanced barrel handling that acts as a structural backbone.

Serving suggestions: Ideal serving temperature for the wine is 16-18ºC with grilled meat such as pork, and game.

Preparation: Harvested by machine, stalked and subjected to a slow fermentation at 26 ° C for 10-15 days. Partly stored in new French oak barrels.

Grapes: Grenache, Syrah, Mourvedre.
Soil: Clay, sand and limestone.
