Merlot Cabernet Sauvignon
A real crowdpleaser. Clear grape character with a generous and dark fruitiness where winds of cedar and violet are added to the wealth. Complex with a balanced barrel handling that acts as a structural backbone.

Serving suggestions: best at 16-18 ° C together with dishes of poultry or meat.
Preparation: Machine harvested, stalked, fermented at 25 ° C for 3-4 weeks. Vinified in stainless steel tanks and then stored in new French and American oak barrels.
Quality designation: Pays d'Oc.

Soil: A mixture of clay, gravel, and sand.
