Spontaneous yeast red wine based on Syrah. The wine is fruity, fresh with red berries as characteristics and spicy tones with a long lasting aftertaste.

Serving suggestions: At 16 - 18 ° C for duck liver, chicken, lamb and veal.
Production: The grapes were harvested by machine, stalked and pressed immediately. Yeast on the most concentrated juice when squeezing. fermented on natural yeast at 22 °, vinified in stainless steel tanks.
Quality designation: IGP Coteaux de Peyriac.
Soil: Calcareous clay soil and sand.
Alcohol content & residual sugar are stated on the bottle. Our wines has low or none (below 0.1 g/l) residual sugar.
Storage: Approximately up to 2 years, depending on conditions and individual taste.
