Tasty and food-friendly with a nice rondor. Clear flavors of orange, pear and lemon as well as a fine shimmer of vanilla. The full aura is well combined with fatter fish or lighter meat.

Serving suggestions: Best at 10-12 ° C together with cod with rum sauce, salmon, corn chicken or a piece of comté.
Preparation: The grapes were hand-picked, stalked and pressed immediately. The grape must was clarified at low temperature by gravity and then allowed to ferment to alcohol in stainless steel tanks at 16-18 degrees. The wine had to finish its fermentation in new French oak barrels.
Quality designation: IGP Pays d’Oc.
Alcohol content & residual sugar are stated on the bottle. Our wines has low or none (below 0.1 g/l) residual sugar.
Storage: Approximately around 3 years, depending on conditions and individual taste.
