Nicoise Salad

A classic French salad. Beautiful to look at and tastes great.
Recipe for 4 people - Cooking time 30 minutes.
Ingrediens
5 | Potatoes |
200 G | Cocktail tomatoes |
8 LEAVES | Roman salad |
150 G | Green beans |
1 | Red onion |
1 TBSP | Thyme |
1 TBSP | Oregano |
4 TBSP | Oliveoil |
1 | Lemon |
4 TBSP | Caper |
2 | Hard-boiled eggs |
600 G | Tuna |
150 G | Olives (preferably black and green) |
Tasting | Salt |
Tasting | Black pepper |
Instructions
1. Boil the potatoes and let them cool slightly, then cut them into pieces.
2. Divide the tomatoes, red onion. Then mix these with the potatoes, green beans and olive oil together with the thyme, oregano, salt and pepper.
3. Cut the tuna into 4 equal pieces. Rub in with a little olive oil, salt and pepper. Grill it quickly over burning coal or on a grill iron, about 1 ½ minute per side. The tuna should still have a raw core in the middle.
4. Place the salad on a plate with roman leaves at the bottom and top it with capers, egg wedges, olives and finally the tuna.
